Jaqueline is from Butare, where she graduated from the National University of Rwanda, and worked for many years at the University Centre of the Arts as a public speaker, actor, and administrator. She is also the leader of Rwanda's only all-women drumming troupe, and has performed in various short films for PSI and Mashirika Performing Arts.
Jaqueline performed the lead role of Mejra in The Monument to great acclaim on tour in Rwanda from July to October, 2008, and is a member of ISÔKO The Theatre Source. Currently, she teaches traditional dance, drumming and Kinyarwanda language and culture at Green Hills Academy in Kigali, and is the proud mother of Patrick and Mignone.
